No Show Cancellations
Appointments will be held with a credit card. If you must cancel an appoitment, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled time or you will be charged $25 on your credit card.

Procedures
Any package of procedures that you purchase is good until you have used it up. No return shall be given. We will apply it accordingly to its prices to in store credit only.
